Senior Vice President, Asset Management

AECOM Water is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Major Projects and Programs in Canada Region. As a Senior Vice President, Asset Management, you will be responsible for planning and directing the successful delivery of Major Projects and Programs, providing operational, project delivery, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Director of Operations and Regional Business Line Leader to identify, develop, and implement objectives, set up KPIs, guidelines, and targets for Water Canada's Major Projects and Programs.
- Provide a broad business perspective and participate in the overall management of the Business Line.
- Collaborate with Major Project and Program Managers to establish and implement execution strategies to maximize Project and Program outcomes.
- Guide and support Major Project and Program Managers in the performance of their duties.
- Ensure effective deployment of Enterprise Capability resources on Water Canada's Major Projects and Programs.
- Oversee financial tools to monitor project and program delivery results and identify opportunities, concerns, and projections.
- Partner with Finance to ensure financial goals and operational excellence are achieved.
- Contribute to win strategies and successful execution of Major Projects and Programs.
- Represent the Business Line at key industry and community events.
- Support and drive corporate and Business Line initiatives and policies.
- No less than a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field and 12 years of relevant experience in the Design and Building industry, including 4 years of leadership experience.
- 15 years of increased supervisory, management, and operational/financial experience.
- Experience in the Water and Power industry is an asset.
- Proven delivery as Project Manager on large complex projects.
- Proven record of delivering work, managing teams, and development of a collaborative practice.
