Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice-President to lead our Western region sales and distribution team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and distribution professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales and distribution team members.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles, preferably in the building products industry.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience in managing P&Ls and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
