Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales Team: Foster a culture of excellence and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets, closing ratio, and average order size.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to increase customer relations skills, self-generated business, and overall sales performance.
- Recruit and Retain Talent: Hire, train, and retain top sales performers to build a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the Owner and management team to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience managing sales teams and driving business growth.
- Sales Expertise: Significant personal sales experience and a proven track record of success.
- Industry Knowledge: Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Sales Force is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and precise follow-through are essential.
