Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
