At Soul Restaurants Canada Inc, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your duties will include ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. You will also be responsible for managing the restaurant's health benefits, including dental, disability, health care, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits. If you have a strong background in restaurant management and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
