Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Inventory Management
Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
Staff Management and DevelopmentLead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results. Provide coaching and development opportunities to help staff grow in their roles.
Customer Service and Quality AssuranceEnsure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that our food and beverages meet our high standards.
Financial ManagementManage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
