Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing cash and completing financial reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and point of sale systems.
