Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting menu items and managing promotions.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing cash and completing cash reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
