Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our initiatives focused on collaborations with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) across EMEA and the Americas. The primary objective is to facilitate the licensing and integration of Ubuntu and Ubuntu Pro into software and SaaS offerings, ensuring that our customers receive fast, reliable, secure, compliant, and consistent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Propel embedded support and licensing sales with ISVs to exceed revenue goals
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Enhance engagement within the open-source community
- Identify and pursue partnerships that align with Canonical's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with product management to optimize platform compatibility for ISVs
- Customize content and messaging for ISV partners and their clientele

Required Qualifications:
- Strong educational background, preferably in Computer Science or related STEM fields
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets
- Experience in software business development
- Understanding of software licensing and SaaS frameworks
- Familiarity with the open-source landscape, Linux ecosystem, and cloud services
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
- Proven leadership capabilities and adeptness in forming strategic partnerships
- Genuine interest in the software and SaaS sectors
- Willingness to travel internationally for corporate engagements
