As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday Technology Manager with hands-on experience to oversee all aspects of our Workday environment, ensuring seamless operation and support for core modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and more.

This role involves managing both technical and functional aspects of Workday, while also leading a global team of two key resources based in India: a Workday Integration Administrator and a Workday Core HCM Administrator.

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven professional with a strong ability to break down complex problems and develop robust models and frameworks for effective problem-solving. This role requires a systems thinker with a focus on building user-friendly, scalable programs and processes, ensuring high-quality results are consistently delivered on schedule.

You should have a deep commitment to measuring impact, learning continuously, and refining approaches for greater effectiveness. As a change agent, you'll need to influence stakeholders across all levels to drive meaningful change, taking a thoughtful approach from planning through to execution and monitoring, while prioritizing Security and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day Workday strategy and support activities across all modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking and more.
  • Provide direct hands-on support and troubleshooting across Workday modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and seamless system performance.
  • Manage and mentor a global Workday support team of two key resources in our Bangalore office.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Workday modules, ensuring they align with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with the Integration Administrator to manage and enhance integrations between Workday and other systems, including Adaptive (FP&A), ensuring data accuracy and process automation.
  • Partner with internal HR, Finance, IT, and other key departments to understand business needs and provide efficient Workday solutions.
  • Lead Workday-related projects from inception to completion, including upgrades, new module implementations, and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the Workday system. Support reporting and analytics needs as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including support of core modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, etc.)
  • Experience managing and mentoring a global support team
  • Expertise in Workday configuration, with the ability to independently manage and implement system updates
  • Hands-on experience with Integrations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workday HCM Pro Certification is highly desirable
  • Experience working with Workday in a multinational environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Project management experience is a plus
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of $116,000 - $174,000 annually, along with equity and benefits.
