Enterprise Client Success Manager

Broadridge is seeking an Enterprise Client Success professional to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer adoption and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Provide expert-level guidance on digital marketing strategies and solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of customer success managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
