Senior Sales and Business Development Professional

**About the Role**
The Business Development Representative Level II at TD SYNNEX Canada ULC plays a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, supporting partner enablement, and managing vendor pipelines. As a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs for the sales organization, you will act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with vendors on strategic initiatives, including training and product/program guidance.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products and industry trends to analyze data and identify improvement areas.
- Track and manage vendor pipelines, qualifying leads, and closing deals while coordinating with internal teams for timely follow-up and reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, with a post-secondary degree/diploma in business or related fields an asset.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and terminology, along with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and promote ideas while possessing strong organizational and time management skills.
