We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Professional to join our team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Development Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various sectors
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Leading cross-functional projects to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly FX and derivatives
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

In addition to a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
