Strategic Business Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Advisor to join our team at 14836421 Canada Inc. as a Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and provide expert advice on the organizational methods and structure of our establishment to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions to enhance our managerial policies and programs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our operations and improve our service quality assessment strategies.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as MS Office and business management.
- Direct and advise staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies to drive excellence in our operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong business management skills and knowledge of operational excellence principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Integrity, accuracy, and a client-focused approach.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
