About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at NMRA Consultants Inc. as an Executive Director - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and human resources management.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and community groups.
  • Performance Management
    • Establish and maintain performance metrics and benchmarks for the organization.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of senior staff and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the health, education, social, and community services sectors.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 hours per week.
