Job Summary

NMRA Consultants Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
    • Ensure the effective allocation of resources, including personnel, budget, and technology
  • People Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in various forums, including industry events, conferences, and meetings with external partners
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior executive role
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
