We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Dr. Tarn Dhillon Dental Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, while ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives, including allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional operations.
  • Leadership and Management: Select and develop senior staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions to drive business success.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning to ensure the organization's financial stability.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
