About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at NMRA Consultants Inc. as an Executive Director - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior staff, regions, divisions, and external partners.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Operational Management
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives.
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective management of resources.
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to ensure effective performance.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior executive role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
