- Resource Allocation
- Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Operational Management
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective management of resources.
- Human Resources
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to ensure effective performance.
- Communication and Representation
- Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
- Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as required.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior executive role.
- Personal Qualities
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
