We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality cedar products, and we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, including setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to senior management and staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing budgets, resources, and personnel.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
