Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Bholi Sandhu, Sukhminder Malhi. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the home is safe and healthy.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring clients have access to essential items.
  • Cook nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
