Multilingual Administrative Coordinator for Senior Executives

HireLoft Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multilingual Administrative Coordinator to support senior executives in the real estate industry. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity (onsite based in mid-town Toronto) with a leading organization offering a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, 3 weeks of vacation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, manage day-to-day operations, and assist with various tasks, all while contributing to the company's growth. Key responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, managing social media platforms, handling external inquiries, maintaining corporate calendars, and providing bilingual administrative support for executive meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements and schedules for the CEO and leadership team
- Play a pivotal role in the company's social media strategy with the sales and marketing team
- Handle external inquiries and triage requests efficiently
- Maintain and organize the corporate calendar and related documentation
- Provide comprehensive bilingual administrative support for executive meetings, including preparation and coordination of materials
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
- At least 2 years of experience providing administrative support to C-Level executives
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Adept in managing and strategizing social media platforms
