We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Services Team Coordinator to join our team at Hertz Canada LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various services in multiple languages.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 42 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and French is required.

About You

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with clients and staff members in multiple languages. Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings with clients and staff members.
  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide information on company policies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
