Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Generate and deliver customized reports and business reviews to customers, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Interface with customers and carriers to ensure compliance and performance within assigned markets.
  • Support sales initiatives to expand revenue performance and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual French and English language proficiency.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, supply chain, or account management.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and resources.
  • Decision quality and problem-solving skills to provide first-contact resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP or JD Edwards software.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.

This is an initial contract opportunity that offers benefits and a hybrid work environment, with two days spent in the office.
