Position: Lead Client Relationship Manager at Charter Telecom

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with new enterprise and service provider clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while formulating effective strategies
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product and service offerings
  • Achieve sales goals and surpass performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional solutions
  • Present compelling information to clients in an engaging manner

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT Networking sales
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets
  • Expertise in advanced networking solutions
  • Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship management
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Degree in Business or a related field is preferred
