Professional Inside Sales Representative

EightSix Network is a specialist manufacturer of laser illumination systems and structured lighting solutions for machine vision applications.
We are currently seeking an experienced Professional Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical information and support to internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests, providing price quotes, technical specifications, and delivery dates in collaboration with external sales managers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and grow sales revenue.
- Maintain knowledge of EightSix Network's products and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluent bilingual skills (international clientele predominantly English speaking)
- Degree in engineering or technology, or relevant experience in technical sales or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
