About the Role:
- Handle customer calls regarding appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximizing utilization of service bay capacity.
- Review unconfirmed appointments, proactively contacting customers to confirm bookings several days prior to scheduled dates.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding recalls or campaigns, booking necessary appointments to maintain vehicle safety and quality.
- Proactively reach out to customers due for maintenance, offering alternative dates and times as needed to ensure timely service completion.
- Maintain accurate records, updating customer information and reporting any customer complaints to the Service Manager.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations.
