Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications in accordance with program protocols and patient needs.
- Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments, ensuring timely interventions as needed.
- Complete accurate and thorough documentation, adhering to Innomar's policies and procedures.
- Provide patient and caregiver education on product monographs and program protocols.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar's training and policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to coordinate appointments and treatments.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards, as prescribed by the College of Nurses and Innomar.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses.
- 1 year of experience in IV initiation.
- Relevant experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, inpatient, outpatient, or homecare settings.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.
