Job Summary:
  • Assess patients' conditions and administer treatments and medications as required.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor patient progress, document medical information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience working in a clinical or hospital setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with flexibility and adaptability is crucial.
Salary and Benefits:
