  • Menu Planning and Food Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced restaurant environment with attention to detail.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained. Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are clean and sanitized to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of menu planning and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
