Executive Chef

At Pinch of Spice, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods with a focus on ethnically inspired cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complex meals for our customers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of East Indian cuisine and ability to create innovative dishes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Working Conditions:

- Standing for extended periods required
