Crisis Intervention Specialist

Donna Cona Inc. is a reputable government client seeking Crisis Counselors for a high-profile contract.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least two years of experience in crisis counseling or one year with an undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field;
- Proven expertise in working with Indigenous Issues;
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle high-stress calls with sensitivity;
- Strong English communication skills (French is an asset);
- Able to communicate in Cree, Inuktitut, Ojibway, or other Indigenous languages (asset); and
- Security clearance at the RELIABILITY level (eligible).
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Estimated annual salary: $60,000-$80,000 CAD.
