Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team at 7 SIDES MULTIMEDIA AND MARKETING LTD. This role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position working 35-40 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage complex schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  3. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners through effective communication.

Requirements
