We're seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group's Head Office. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you'll play a vital role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees.
About the Role:
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address talent management needs.
- Develop and maintain employee relations programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
