Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Hiring Manager to oversee the recruitment process, manage contracts, and develop effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Planning: Manage budget and expenditures, plan, and control financial resources to ensure optimal allocation.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversight: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, ensuring accuracy and fairness in the hiring process.
- Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, including negotiation, implementation, and monitoring.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Advisory Role: Advise senior management on HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing prompt and effective support.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
