Key Responsibilities

  • Sell luxury products to customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Engage with customers in a genuine and personalized manner
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Restock sales floor and maintain visual standards
  • Understand and promote the importance of diversity and inclusion in our interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mid-luxury or luxury retail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
