About the Role

Crate and Barrel is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier to join our team during the holiday season. As a Seasonal Cashier, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current promotions and sales.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
