Job Summary
The David Yurman Seasonal Sales Support role provides administrative and logistical support for the Retail Store Operations Staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist sales associates with sales floor tasks, such as restocking shelves and maintaining visual displays.
- Support the operations team with tasks such as inventory management, packaging, and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a cohesive and appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
