About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Deckers Brands. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers, offering recommendations and product knowledge to meet their needs.
  • Communicate the HOKA brand's sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments to customers.
  • Operate as part of a dynamic team, cooperating to achieve business goals and maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including effectively communicating our return policy and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.
  • Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
Requirements
  • Two years of retail store experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
  • Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
