Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Sales Support to join our team at David Yurman. As a key member of our sales floor and operations team, you will provide administrative and logistical support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist sales associates with sales floor tasks, such as restocking merchandise, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a clean and organized sales environment.
  • Operations Support: Assist the operations team with tasks such as inventory management, packaging and shipping, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, adapt, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs and to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
