Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Sales Support to join our team at David Yurman. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will provide administrative and logistical support to ensure seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Point of Sale (POS) Support: Accurately enter sales transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist sales associates with tasks and projects as needed, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
