We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking sales floor and keeping the store tidy during downtime
  • Understanding and promoting our brand values, including diversity and inclusion
  • Complying with all company policies, procedures, and operations
  • Delivering key performance indicators for our luxury jackets, including product knowledge and sales skills
  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for customers, including offering water, a smile, and a joke
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

We are looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a strong understanding of luxury retail, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
