Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AIRLINE LIMOUSINE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation company, ensuring the smooth operation of our business office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and excellent communication skills.
