Business Development Sales Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Sales Director to join our team at BDP International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ocean freight market
* Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share
* Collaborate with account management and product leaders to develop target accounts
* Engage in market research to identify new sales opportunities
* Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of experience in global sales
* Minimum 3 years of industry experience
* Knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, or overland freight in a freight forwarding/logistics company
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
