About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Attabotics. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development and supply chain initiatives
  • Showcase our robotics products through product videos, spec sheets, and real-world customer examples
  • Utilize strategic upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding our customer base and market presence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or supply chain technology
