Parking Enforcement Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Parking Enforcement Specialist to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Parking Enforcement Specialist, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations in municipal lots and city streets, ensuring compliance with parking policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular patrols in municipal car parks and private property to monitor parking compliance.
  • Issue fee notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking policies and procedures.
  • Utilize License Plate Recognition (LPR) system to monitor parking compliance and enforce time limits.
  • Assist customers with issues related to mobile phones and pay-by-phone app.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.80.
