We are currently seeking a skilled Parking Operations Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario. This part-time position offers an hourly compensation rate, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers via intercom or telephone, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Identify emergency and non-emergency situations on site, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage cash handling and shift reporting duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remotely access the Parking control system to troubleshoot and provide level-1 customer support, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize incident management software to log, triage, route, and escalate open incidents efficiently.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, thinking critically and creatively.
  • Excellent technical communication skills, able to explain complex solutions clearly to others.
  • Collaborative and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-managed, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in following instructions.
  • Able to multitask effectively, remaining positive and professional under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to learn new software and applications quickly.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
