As a Security Officer - Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our operations and upholding our company values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and document incidents, including violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, and suspicious activities
  • Enforce restricted access policies to prevent unauthorized persons from entering secure areas
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility interior and exterior to ensure the safety and security of our team members and guests
  • Escort cash and cash equivalents as required, and report any discrepancies or issues to management
  • Tag and report found property, and transfer items to the Lost and Found department as necessary
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a gaming or hospitality environment
  • Familiarity with Ontario laws and regulations regarding gaming and liquor licensing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
  • Able to successfully obtain a Gaming License, if applicable
