About the JobWe are seeking a skilled laundry worker to operate and maintain our commercial laundry equipment, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning services for our guests.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain dry-cleaning and washing machines, dryers, and blow-drying machines
- Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals
- Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets, and other articles
- Hand iron laundered fine linens or dry-cleaned silk garments
- Operate finishing equipment such as steam pressers, and use hand irons to finish pants, jackets, shirts, skirts, and other dry cleaned and laundered articles
- Assemble and bag finished articles
- Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure that establishment standards are met
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Permanent employment opportunity
- 36 hours per week
- Anglais language skills
We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
