We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our community services program at Dengarry Professional Services Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, community development, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs
  • Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff
  • Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Coaching
  • Manage contracts
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in program management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
