Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Firehouse Subs. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Cost products and services to optimize profitability and maintain a competitive edge.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect our guests and team members.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
